Hot Mama


Castile Restaurant at Spanish-inspired The Hotel Zamora — St. Pete Beach’s first new hotel in more than 20 years — is bringing the Florida heat indoors with the Hot Mama. The cocktail is a fiery blend of Partida Blanco tequila, fresh limes, agave nectar, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro. This crave-worthy cocktail pairs perfectly with the Gulf Coast's powder-white sands, breathtaking sunsets, and chef Ted Dorsey’s Maine Lobster Ajillo.

For the Hot Mama:

  • 5 cilantro leaves
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice jalapeno
  • 2 Ounces Partida Blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave nectar


For the Hot Mama:

Combine all ingredients except tequila in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add the tequila and a few ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cilantro.
