Think savory ingredients like green bell pepper don't belong in a cocktail? This drink will prove you wrong. Created by bartender Sam Treadway of Boston's backbar, it features an aromatic, refreshing combination of muddled green pepper with Beefeater London Dry gin, lemon juice, and ginger beer.
Muddle one of the slices of bell pepper with the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with the other slice of bell pepper.
