The Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce white rum, preferably Diplomático Blanco Reserva
  • 3/4 Ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 Ounces simple syrup
  • Cava

Directions

Stir all the ingredients together and pour them into a Champagne flute. Top with Cava.
