Roses are the stereotypical flower for Valentine’s Day, so why not take “rose” one step further and make a rosemary-infused cocktail? Make your own infused tequila and really wow your Valentine with your bar prowess this year.

- 1 1/2 Ounce tequila, preferably Avion Silver, infused with rosemary
- 1 Ounce grapefruit juice
- 1/2 Ounce Campari
- 3/4 Ounces rosemary syrup
- 1/2 Ounce lime juice
- Rosemary, for garnish
Shake and pour over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with rosemary.
