Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon minced onions, preferably mccormick
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, preferably mccormick
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, preferably mccormick
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, preferably mccormick
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, preferably mccormick
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, preferably mccormick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in medium bowl.
  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing.
  3. Place chicken in large resealable bag.
  4. Add remaining marinade and turn to coat well.
  5. Massage chicken and marinade for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
  7. Discard any remaining marinade.
  8. Grill chicken over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with reserved marinade.
  9. Discard any remaining marinade.
