Gluten-Free Mexican Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed corn tortilla chips
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon mccormick® cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mccormick® onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon mccormick® paprika
  • 1 cup salsa
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, tortilla chips, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
  3. Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan.
  4. Pour salsa over top.
  5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
