‘Game of Thrones’ Dragon’s Blood Rum Punch
  • 20 ounce sugar
  • 10 ounce water
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 750 milliliter dark golden rum, such as diplomático reserva exclusiva
  • 15 ounce lemon juice
  • 10 ounce rosemary and thyme syrup
  • 5 ounce honey
  1. Put all ingredients in a large pan set over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, and set aside to cool. Strain to remove the thyme and rosemary.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl half filled with ice. Ladle into glasses. Garnish each glass with sprigs of rosemary and thyme.
