750 milliliter dark golden rum, such as diplomático reserva exclusiva
15 ounce lemon juice
10 ounce rosemary and thyme syrup
5 ounce honey
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large pan set over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, and set aside to cool. Strain to remove the thyme and rosemary.
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl half filled with ice. Ladle into glasses. Garnish each glass with sprigs of rosemary and thyme.
