Fruit and Date Oatmeal

The perfect breakfast ‘date’

This isn’t your grandma’s oatmeal; jazz up your morning routine with cinnamon and ginger spice.


For the Fruit and Date Oatmeal

  • 5 Dates
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup oatmeal, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup fruit
  • 1/8 Cup walnuts
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon


For the Fruit and Date Oatmeal

Blend dates and water into a purée and stir into oatmeal. Top with fruits and walnuts, and sprinkle ground ginger and cinnamon.
