“Car bombs” are typically served around St. Patrick’s Day, but they get a new seasonal spin with Fireball and cider.
4-5 ice cubes
2 ounces Fireball or other cinnamon whiskey
4 ounces apple cider
2-3 thin apple slices
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour in cinnamon whiskey and apple cider and stir.
Garnish with apple slices on the rim.
