Fenway Fudge Brownie
Total time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cup callebaut dark chocolate
  • 3 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. With whisk attachment, whip eggs, sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
  5. Melt butter and pour over chocolate to melt.
  6. Add melted chocolate to egg mixture and mix until combined.
  7. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  8. Spread mixture on one parchment lined and sprayed 9x13 baking pan.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
