Feeling a post-holiday slump? This detox smoothie will help you switch gears and get back in shape.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 Cup broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup water

Directions

Chop everything up into manageable pieces and place into the blender. Puree until nice and smooth.
