European Holiday Punch

Make your own giant blocks of ice at home and serve this lightly sparkly holiday punch at your next party

You can make large blocks of ice at home using any large plastic container you like the shape of—just fill three-quarters full of water, seal, and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 parts Plymouth Gin
  • 1 part Campari
  • 1 part Suze
  • 1/2 part Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 part Perrier Jouet Champagne Rose
  • pink grapefruit wheels, very thinly sliced strawberries, and freshly-grated cinnamon, for garnish

Directions

Build into a punch bowl.

Garnish with pink grapefruit wheels, very thinly sliced strawberries, and freshly-grated cinnamon.

Chill with a large block of frozen ice.
