You can make large blocks of ice at home using any large plastic container you like the shape of—just fill three-quarters full of water, seal, and freeze.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Plymouth Gin
- 1 part Campari
- 1 part Suze
- 1/2 part Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 1 part Perrier Jouet Champagne Rose
- pink grapefruit wheels, very thinly sliced strawberries, and freshly-grated cinnamon, for garnish
Directions
Build into a punch bowl.
Garnish with pink grapefruit wheels, very thinly sliced strawberries, and freshly-grated cinnamon.
Chill with a large block of frozen ice.
