DAVIDsTEA is blending warm ginger and sweet apples to make a classic ginger beer tea. You can have the tea plain for a soothing drink or you can incorporate rum or vodka into it for an interesting cocktail.
Steep tea in water for 6 minutes then strain.
Stir in agave until dissolved and then let chill in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Fill Collins glasses 2/3 with ice and add 3 ounces of tea, 1.5 ounce dark rum, and the juice of half a lime to each.
Garnish with lime wedge.
