Leave out the raw fish with these cucumber sesame seaweed rolls. The sliced ginger, chopped seaweed and sesame dressing replicates the flavors of your favorite sushi.
Thinly slice cucumber and remove any moisture with a paper towel.
Slice the ginger and place in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the spiciness. Remove from moisture and pat dry.
Roll the sliced cucumber and place chopped seaweed and sliced ginger on top.
Mix sesame dressing with mayonnaise for dipping sauce.
