Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
  • 1 package seaweed snacks, such as annie chun's seaweed snacks
  • 3 tablespoon sesame dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Thinly slice cucumber and remove any moisture with a paper towel.
  2. Slice the ginger and place in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the spiciness. Remove from moisture and pat dry.
  3. Roll the sliced cucumber and place chopped seaweed and sliced ginger on top.
  4. Mix sesame dressing with mayonnaise for dipping sauce.
