Buffalo wing pasta might be one of the greatest culinary creations ever; it’s spicy, creamy, and just flat-out satisfying. Boost the nutritional profile of this decadent dish with the use of Banza chickpea pasta. Whole-wheat pasta also works as a substitute if Banza isn’t available.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a medium sauté pan, heat butter over a medium heat until melted. Add in celery, red onion, garlic and 2 green onions. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Turn the heat down to low and add in buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, and salt. Stir until cream cheese has melted.
Add in cooked pasta and cheese, toss until combined and cheese is melted.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with green onion and blue cheese.
