Thaw one half of a pastry. I folded out the pastry and slice it into squares.
Mix jelly, cream cheese and Gorgonzola cheese to a whipped consistency. Spoon the mixture into the square pastry and fold two sides. I added them onto a cookie sheet without any stick spray. The pastry puff comes per-floured. Bake until golden brown. Drip honey and granola on top of the puffs. Serve Warm & Enjoy!
