Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Banks 5-Island Rum
  • 1 Ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 Ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 scoop Ciao Bella Coconut Sorbet

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass or coconut shell. Garnish with dried coconut flakes or a lime wheel.
