Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 4 Tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Cup frozen mango
  • 2 Cups ice

Directions

Combine the three ingredients in a blender or food processor with ice and blend or process until smoothie has reached desired texture. Pour and enjoy!
