Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces triple sec, preferably Cointreau
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 Ounce club soda
  • 2 slices cucumber, plus 1 to garnish
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1 Ounce club soda

Directions

Combine all ingredients, apart from the club soda and 1 slice of cucumber, in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into an iced highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with remaining cucumber slice.
