- 2 3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup Country Crock Spread
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 confectioners sugar
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat Country Crock® Spread , sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour mixture until blended.
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in confectioners sugar. Arrange balls on prepared sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake 10 minutes or until edges are firm and tops are cracked. Let stand 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
