  • 1 1/2 lb s chilean sea bass fillets or s other fish, of your choice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • paprika, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon butter, melted
