  • 4 Cup water
  • 4 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 Cup coarsely grated cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup crumbled crispy bacon
  • 1/2 Cup egg whites, from 4 eggs
