Kris Schoels of The Chic Wife put together this recipe for tasty cheese pizza crackers. Perfect when trying to watch what you eat, but still feel like you're indulging. These will give you a great pizza taste without needing the whole pie!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
On an ungreased baking sheet lay out the wonton wrappers side by side. Lightly spray with olive oil or cooking spray. Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the middle of the wrapper, creating a circle. Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella over the sauce and wrapper. Shake some Italian seasoning overtop of the whole mixture. Place in the oven and cook until the cheese is melted and the wrapper is lightly browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
