Café du Catnip Cocktail Recipe
Think of this as an Irish coffee by way of Jackson Square — an original born out of a classic. Served at Ninth Ward in New York City, this dessert-like drink features Café du Monde coffee spiked with Catdaddy Moonshine and Bailey's and is topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
- 1 ½ ounces Catdaddy Carolina Moonshine
- 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 cup brewed Café du Monde coffee with chicory
- Whipped cream, for topping
Combine the moonshine and Bailey's in a hurricane glass or mug. Add coffee and top with a healthy dollop of whipped cream.
