Buttercup Squash with Apple


Cut out the crown of the squash and clean out the cavity of seeds (roast those seeds they are great). Fill the cavity with diced apples. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Cinnamon, half a teaspoon of Nutmeg, and two tablespoons of Honey. Place the cut off crown back on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or Microwave 15 minutes or until tender.
