Brisket Sliders

  • 1/4 of whole brisket or four pounds certified angus choice beef
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup cajun rub
  • 12 brioche rolls
  • Katchkie Farm Bob-A-Que Sauce (to taste)


Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Clean brisket leaving a quarter-inch thick fat cap on.

24 hours prior to cooking, rub spices and half a cup of Cajun rub onto the beef.

Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 4 hours.

Slice against the grain of beef an eighth inch thick.

Lay the 8 ounces sliced brisket on a buttered, toasted brioche roll and squeeze on Katchkie Farm Bob-A-Que Sauce.
