  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 Teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1/3 Cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoon pine nuts OR your favorite nut, toasted and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
