- 1 ½ Ounce bourbon, such as Basil Hayden’s
- ¾ Ounce tawny port
- ¼ Ounce maple syrup, such as Grade B
- ½ Ounce lemon juice
- 1 heavy dash of bitters, such as Bittermen’s Molé
- lemon wheel
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 15 seconds and double strain into a double Old Fashioned glass with ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
