The beauty of these little gems is you can really turn them into any flavor sensation you might want, so don’t feel restricted by my version. Maybe even grab the chopsticks for a full sushi experience, and dip the pieces in some sweet berry sauce if you want!

Ingredients
  • 1 sandwich wrap
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon nutella
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • dash of cinnamon
Directions
  1. Roll out your pancakes as thinly as possible. Spread the peanut butter and Nutella all over the pancake. Peel the banana and place it on top of the wrap.
  2. Roll the wrap like a burrito and cut into sushi-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the yogurt, cinnamon and honey to make a dipping sauce.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
