  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 6 Ounce grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb ground chuck or ground round
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms (I use fresh and cook with meat) (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup ketchup
  • 3 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt (optional)
