Bacon-Pecan Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce grated sharp cheddar cheese yellow cheese
  • 16 ounce grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, white
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounce jar diced pimento
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
  • 1 cup cooked and diced bacon (about 8 strips)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch ground celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined and fairly smooth.
