- 1 1/2 Ounce mezcal
- 3/4 Ounces triple sec liqueur, such as Gand Marnier
- 1/4 Ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St Germain
- Juice of lime
- 1/4 juice of lemon
Add the sugar and citrus juices to a cocktail shaker and stir. Add a small handful of fresh raspberries and muddle thoroughly. Add ice, mezcal, Grand Marnier, and St. Germain and shake. Strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
