Mojito Lime Striped Bass
Total time: 18 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 package of mccormick® grill mates® mojito lime marinade mix
  • 2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 pound striped bass filets
  • 2 teaspoon oil
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
  2. Brush fish with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Grilling Salt.
  4. Grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Grilling Salt at the table.
