Tips

  • Indulge in something by the glass that you normally would not have!
  • This spot has over 100 champagne selections and lovely live music- try the Laurent-Perrier Demi-Sec for a sweet treat.
  • In April, ask for the "anniversary glass" to get Pol Roger Brut for its 1982 price ($9).
  • Black Hills Gold and La Vie en Rose are tremendous! The Ahi Tartare beautiful presentation, tasted even more wonderful!! Love this place!
  • Don't come here. The sunday night bartender is super rude. Wish I knew her name. Insulting your clientele does not result in a good tip btw.
  • If you're under 40, dye your hair or have tattoos, the hostess won't let you in the door.
  • No more basement bar -- but still ask for Greg - tell him his brother Chris told you to say hello! He'll treat you right -
  • Yummm champagne!
  • Trendy place, can get crowded on weekends. Food is pretty good, but I'm sad that they removed the Fried chicken thighs from the menu and made it only available downstairs at the Watershed.
  • Don't leave without ordering the Tempura Battered Cheese Curds. Salty, cheesy, and delicious.
  • Wonderful service... Fries and shrimp are lovely.
  • The staff is very tall and they all have clear skin and they play a lounge version of "Love Will Tear Us Apart"
  • Don't go here, terrible service from the moment you hit the door. Quartino across the street is a less expensive alternative with excellent service.
  • The Vi'en Rose is an excellent drink!
  • My favorite place to sit down for a bottle of bollinger :)
  • High Sage to drink please
  • Pops offers a well-edited selection of cheeses that include classics (rich Explorateur) & a couple of surprises (blueberry-studded Stilton), served w/ raspberry-red pepper jam & toasted hazelnuts.
  • Try the Bellini...by the way. No hats!
  • Sparking wine, shared plates, trendy atmosphere
  • They have many bottles of wine (mostly sparkling wine) and a handful of half-bottles. I definitely recommend the Black Tiger Shrimp & the Duck BLTs. I would recommend against the Tempura Cheese Curds.
