This smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go. It's loaded with antioxidants thanks to the pomegranate juice and mixed berries, and low-fat yogurt gives it a little extra oomph of richness that rounds out the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 Cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Cup frozen mixed berries

Directions
