Foursquare Tips

  • Food is flavorful. Great neighborhood Thai.
  • Unique and enjoyable, unfamiliar but approachable: fish sauce wings are garlicky, spicy-sweet, and salty deliciousness. The whole, fried barramundi was also a favorite
  • Khao soi or laap plaa Isaan salad are choice.
  • The Thai name for their Coconut Jackfruit Ice Cream - ice cream on a sweet bun with peanuts, sweet sticky rice, condensed milk and chocolate syrup - is khanom pang ai tiim.
  • DineLA was a letdown. First course great. Second and third hastily tossed on the table at the same time, dessert took ages to arrive and was underwhelming at best. A 2 hour dining experience just ok.
  • @TheJGold raves about the "cha ca la long", a turmeric-marinated clay pot catfish with tons of dill. The fish-sauce fried chicken wings are big hit too.
  • Though it still runs a bit on the pricey side, the food coming out of the kitchen (a particularly well-executed steak salad comes to mind) is hitting all the right notes.
  • Spicy fish sauce chicken wings live up to the hype. A pleasant surprise and unique flair IMO - the perfectly cold tap water is made with panden, giving it the faintest taste of toasted coconut/almond.
  • Incredibly salty
  • The wings and drinks!
  • The chicken wings are a must. Spicy, sweet & salty, unlike any you've had before.
  • You basically can't go wrong here. Try the Tamarind Whisky Sour to drink, any of the specials to eat. Midnight Fried Chicken is amazing, as is the forest mushroom salad
  • The wings smell weird due to the fish sauce but taste awesome. I would not recommend the bamboo salad. The vinegar sodas were good. This place is a little expensive
  • Very nice thai bar. Not really suitable for families because it is a little loud. Food was really good. Make sure to order some Cha Yen (thai tea with milk) to counter the spicy thai food.
  • Best Thai food ever! Try the drinking vinegars, they are truly refreshing and delicious.
  • Ike's wings are life changing. Excellent cocktails, drinking vinegars are refreshing, whiskey soda float is on point!
  • Fish sauce wings are pricey but delish!
  • Chicken wings and Kah Soi (curry noodle) are must orders!
  • Try their signature fish sauce wings, both spicy and regular!
