PizzaRev’s first Tennessee location hosts its Grand Opening today at 1150 Vann Drive in Jackson and is one of four restaurants scheduled to open this year in the greater Memphis market. The expansion of PizzaRev throughout Tennessee is led by Robby Stewart, Andres Bolivar and Chip Hackett of Southern Restaurant Holdings, LLC. The group currently owns and operates eight Steak n’ Shake restaurants in Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee and maintains the highest average unit volume in the Steak n’ Shake system.
Tennessee is the fourth new state PizzaRev has entered so far this year, in addition to New York, Nevada and Ohio. The company also made its international debut in Monterrey, Mexico in April 2016. PizzaRev continues to expand beyond its home base in Southern California, where the company operates 19 corporate-owned locations. There are currently more than 200 additional PizzaRev restaurants in various stages of development across the U.S. and Mexico.
