You’re back from spring break: back in the freezing cold, back to the books and back to plain old reality. Missing the warm sun and those breezy, white beaches? Missing the carefree, tropical lifestyle you were so reluctant to leave behind? Don’t fret—we have the solution to your problems.

Here are three easy and tasteful ways to recreate your spring break experience using pineapple as your primary ingredient:

1. Pineapple Pizza

Pineapple pizza gives our favorite combination of bread, cheese and sauce a uniquely tropical taste. It is often prepared with a number of other toppings, including barbecue ham and red onion. Pop a frozen pizza in the oven and enjoy a steamy, tropical pie.

2. Pineapple Smoothie

Mango, coconut, passionfruit, and most importantly, pineapple all work well in smoothies. Grab a blender, ice cubes, sliced pineapple and pineapple juice, and recreate your tropical experience. Get creative! You can’t go wrong by adding other fruity flavors (or a shot of rum?) to the mix.

3. Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Dessert time! Say yes to your sweet tooth with pineapple upside down cake, a popular and healthy(ish) option enjoyed by fruit and sweets lovers alike. Gather pineapple, cherries, brown sugar, eggs, and cake mix and bake away.
