Tips

  • Easily, one of the best restaurants in DC. Very unique and delicious menu! Order anything, you will not be disappointed. Highlights: Pig Cheeks, Mac N Cheese and Ragu!
  • This menu features more than charcuterie -- it extends to barbecue, roasts, ramen, and pastas. You can wash it down with one of the wines on tap, or one of the numerous craft beers or ciders.
  • My Aunt was like "I'm leaving your Uncle" and I was like "oh gosh let's get dessert!!!!!!!!!"
  • Had the face bacon and pork cheeks, both are super delicious! Beer selection is awesome, too!

  • When you bite into the Deliverance Burger, it slaps you in the face with amazing flavors coming from 2 habanero & pork patties, double cheese, onion molasses pork belly, and moonshine mayo.
  • When the staff asks if you have any food allergies, resist the temptation to say 'pig'. They've heard it before.

  • While brunch is great, I'll go for dinner instead and indulge on all things pig. Their drinks are phenomenal - Miss Piggy is still one of the best cocktails I've ever had.

  • The Bo Ssam is a great bar dish and what we call 'belly to belly dining'.
  • Go for happy hour, take a ride on the bourbon flight, and grab a BBQ sandwich
  • Skip the pig tails. They are just ok. But cannot go wrong with the wild boar and berries and the bacon wrapped peaches. I would go back just for those two dishes. Amazing.
  • Order in advance for a something different! We ordered a roasted pig head. Might be pretty weird if you are not too adventurous but definitely an interesting experience! The porchetta was also great!
