PieSanos Pizza Parlor At W South Beach's The Dutch

Miami's late-night scene can keep you out well into the early morning hours, with many places to suit the after-hours partier when the 2 a.m. wind-down seems undesirable.

However, W South Beach offers a more sobering experience — witness the new late-night pop-up restaurant in The Dutch called PieSanos Pizza Parlor.

For the month of February, PieSanos will run every Saturday from midnight to 3 a.m. and offer wood-fired personal pizza pies from chef de cuisine Conor Hanlon.

The menu will feature four handmade, seasonal pies and starters like zeppoli (pizza dough balls piped full of burrata cheese, then fried). Indulge in unique tastes with the Rockafella pizza — East Coast oysters, spinach, bacon, Parmesan, and garlic crumbs. Or try the specialty antipasti, which include a medley of pickled baby veggies, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salumi, and Swank Farms lettuce.

Sure to bring on midnight cravings, PieSanos Pizza Parlor may have you ditching the bars early.
