  • The fried chicken is amazing, a little sweet and little most chicks.

  • Order the fried chicken hot. The "extra hot" is ungodly hot: you've been warned. Next to Momofuku Noodle Bar, this is the best fried chicken in the city.
  • Try the sister Rosetta if you like sweet drinks with a kick that sneaks up on you!
  • Loved the watermelon salad! The sweet tea was super sweet! Overall good atmosphere. Tiny space.
  • The "Very Hot" chicken will have you begging for mercy. But it's not just extremely spicy, it's actually really delicious. Also try the fried green tomatoes with bacon.

  • What to get: Hot fried chicken...two full breast pieces and a wing stacked over a slab of white bread and dusted with a spice so red it almost glows.

  • PHH is a country caf specializing in a fried chicken varietal offering faves like cornmeal-fried okra, crispy oyster po boys, low-country rice, black-eyed peas, and grits.
  • They serve fried chicken with lots of three different types of chilli powder, including one of the hottest on the planet. It has been drenched in buttermilk, though. The heat doesn't hit you quickly.
  • Order a side of their excellent Mac and Cheese and Creamy Grits, especially if you just made an order of the Extra Spicy Fried Chicken. Be warned: it'll make you sweat.
  • Everything. Order Everything. But...if you have to pick one thing, start with the chicken sandwich - it's better than Chic-fil-a's and it doesn't come with a side of homophobia :)
