Foursquare Tips

  • Tastefully themed, it actually feels like you are sitting in an old train dining car. I'd recommend the Death on the Orient Express cocktail, then go read Agatha Christies similarly titled 1934 novel!
  • Order a sazarac or an Old fashioned.
  • Great, sexy date. Dark, low key, cozy.
  • Great quality cocktails! One of better mixologist locations in NYC, cozy and warm location, but gets crowded quickly. Recommend the Mata Hari and the Sleeping Car.
  • Very cozy. Great cocktails.
  • you can order shots of raki here. this is something i can strongly recommend that you (not) do.
  • Get the agatha v. One of the best drinks ever.
  • Free hummus on first check-in!
  • Ask for the bartender's special with swack!
  • Get the Danube.
  • Really cool concept
  • Order the secret cocktail, "172 noll" from the bartender with hand tattoos. You'll thank me.
  • Mike the bartender is the best!
  • From Russia with Love is not just a James Bond film
  • Get the Frank Booth. Just get it.
  • My favorite bar in the west village. Try the Danube...awesome ambience, very cozy and quaint...
  • Amazing.....
  • Try "the agatha". Great summer drink
  • The drinks are good although a step down from a lot of the cocktail bars in the area. It's quaint and easy going. They have small plates. Had the meats plate and was not a fan. I still say try the bar
