  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3 red or green Thai chiles
  • 1 Tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 Cup white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 Cup soy sauce
  • 1 Cup chicken or duck broth
