  • 3 Gram arlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • eggs BARBACOA:
  • 1 (15-ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 Cup your favorite salsa, divided
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas

  • 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 Cup hot beef Barbacoa
  • 1/2 Cup (2 ounces) feta, crumbled
