Menu

Tips

  • Himachi and grapefruit. Best single bite ever.
  • The entire menu is off the hook, but the Seabass & mushrooms are to die for!
  • eat whatever they tell you to eat - you will not be disappointed.
  • The himachi is the best thing I have eaten in my entire life. The seabass and mushrooms are also exquisite.
  • Try everything if you can. His food it the best!
  • You have to admire a chef that offers a wide variety of beers for a cuisine that has nuanced delicate flavors. Everything from an IPA to a tart lambic-like wild ale to Oyster stout (yes) to yam beer.
  • Pork belly was really good! Sashimi was really fresh and delicious. A+ for the food, but the style of dining was definitely not for my group.
  • this is some dank af japanese tapas served up in a chilled out historic home. the second thing on a spoon was bomb
  • Soft shell crab was delicious. Perfectly crispy and very flavorful noodles.
  • I've never met a Nobuo dish I didn't like.
  • One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in the country.
  • Shiromi carpaccio and soft shell crab salad was delicious. The pork belly wrapped in the banana leaf was okay.
  • Quality dishes. Good raw menu. Quaint setting.
  • Softeners crab salad
  • Yellowtail ceviche..yum!
  • In the heart of Heritage Square downtown this incredible place is in an old historic home and serves up authentic, gourmet Japanese fare. Oft praised as on of Phoenix's best restaurants & I agree!
  • NYE dinner was super quiet and tasty! Expensive for the amount of food you get, but just shut up, eat it, and enjoy :)
  • Service was sloppy and slow, the okonomiyaki was good.
  • Restaurant is situated inside a beautiful Victorian house and food served in it is equally beautiful. I don't think anything will disappoint you but do try pork belly buns!
  • Unbelievably good, creative japanese small plates. Loved the oyster with uni, the hamachi with grapefruit, the soft shell crab, miso black cod, and perfectly cooked lamb. This place is incredible.
