New Jersey Brews Up Its Fourth Annual Beer & Food Festival
The NJ Beer & Food Festival includes beer tastings from BOAKS, Cricket Hill, East Coast Beer Company, and Keegan Ales and a barbecue buffet.
The NJ Beer & Food Festival begins on Friday at 8pm with the Top Chef and Brews Receptions. Chefs Kevin Sbraga, Ariane Duarte, Bryan Gregg, John Halligan, and Micahel Weisshaupt are pairing their dishes with local craft brews from participating breweries, such as Blue Moon and Sam Adams.
The Brews & Birdies golf tournament tees off Saturday where participating golfers can sample different varieties of beer at designated locations as they play the course.
The Beer Festival starts later in the afternoon with 120 different types of beer as well as a selection of foods like Italian sausage, pulled pork, German bratwurst, spit-roasted Berkshire pork legs, German potato salad, and coleslaw.
Once the Beer Festival culminates, there is a Mexican style after party with tacos, quesadillas, and Corona along with live entertainment.
