  • Continuously impressed with the sashimi-grade fresh fish! I buy a slab of fish and make my own sashimi pieces! On the back wall next to the meat!
  • Go there for the sushi- the rolls are huge, well made, made with fresh ingredients and extremely fair priced. Rolls from $4-$6. Nigiri from $5-$8. Bigger combo plates too. SOOO good.
  • No coatracks in the bathroom:(
  • They play the worst music over the pa system.
  • Tourist tip: Excellent sushi to go at very good prices. They also sell fine, sushi grade fish if you want to make sushi/sashimi yourself. Win. Win.
  • Go on the weekends for Grandma's okonomiyaki stand in front of the entrance.

  • Japanese specialty market with wide selection of Sake, Japanese foods and goods. Stop in and check it out after having dinner in this cool part of town.
  • Great selection of sashimi grade fish.
  • Had one of their ready made bento, with inarizushi, California roll and udon noodles with dipping sauce. Good place to get quick and cheap meals, plus a lot of snacks and ingredients!
  • Awesome japanese market to stock up on ramen and other cooking needs.
