Starbucks Japan Launches Its New Frappuccino During A Fashion Event

Starbucks Japan introduced its newest limited-time Frappuccino in style, with a fashion event in which models and dancers dressed in the Frappuccino's colors performed with the new beverage in hand. Cantaloupe Melon & Cream Frappuccino will be available at Starbucks stores in Japan through May 17, according to a release.

"Cantaloupe Melon & Cream Frappuccino is a handcrafted, layered combination with milk-flavored panna cotta and cantaloupe inclusions at the bottom, a blend of cantaloupe and melons in the center, and whipped cream topping."

Brand Eating reports that the drink costs ¥ 630 (~$5.75 USD) for a tall and comes with a wide straw to make the beverage easier to drink.

The new Frappuccino from Starbucks Japan only widens the list of unusual Starbucks Frappuccino flavors around the world that we wish we could try for ourselves. In the meantime, you could always order from the Starbucks secret menu or make your own at home!
