A Love-Themed Hello Kitty Café Is Coming To Osaka, Japan

Sanrio's Hello Kitty has made appearances with on her own Italian wine to a pop-up café in Irvine, California. Now, the beloved cat character is making her way back to Japan for a Hello Kitty café and diner takeover at The Guest in Osaka.

Hello Kitty and her boyfriend, Dear Daniel, will make an appearance on a love-themed menu at The Guest, where adorably decorated dishes will be available for a limited time, RocketNews24 reported.

Some special items include a burger with either Dear Daniel's or Hello Kitty's face imprinted on the bun; a beef stroganoff dish with pink, heart-shaped rice (that comes with a ceramic Hello Kitty mug); and an afternoon tea set with strawberry shortcakes and scones.

As for drinks, customers will be able to sip on a Hello Kitty-branded chocolate smoothie, lattes, and cream soda with red and blue jelly.

In addition to food and drinks, the café and diner will sell Hello Kitty merchandise, some original and some exclusive to the café.
