According to the bakery’s website, it will be opening late summer or early fall of 2016, “fingers crossed.” Eater details that Dominique Ansel Bakery London will be located on 17-21 Elizabeth Street, in the west-central London district of Belgravia. The bakery will offer some of Ansel’s famous creations (the cronut, DKA, cookie shot, and frozen s’mores), as well as some items exclusive to the London location.
Dominique Ansel Bakery London details in an Instagram post that it is now accepting resumes for all positions. Fans can also sign up for a mailing list to receive the latest news on the bakery’s opening.
Dominique Ansel Bakery London joins Dominique Ansel Bakery, opened in New York in 2011, Dominique Ansel Kitchen, and Dominique Ansel Bakery Tokyo.
